Short version: this site describes homes our family owns and rents, and nothing here replaces your tenancy agreement. Last updated July 16, 2026.
Who we are
Keyhold Homes is a family renting out homes we own in Kingston and the GTA. This site is not a marketplace: we do not list other landlords' properties or manage homes for anyone else.
Listings
Descriptions, rent, room counts, and availability are given in good faith and kept as current as we can make them, but they can change and can go out of date. A listing is information, not an offer of tenancy, and browsing or inquiring does not create one. Any tenancy we enter into is governed by its tenancy agreement (in practice, a written lease we all sign) and by Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act.
Viewing inquiries
Sending an inquiry asks us to get in touch, nothing more. It does not reserve a home, start an application, or oblige either of us to anything. What you send is handled as described in our privacy page.
Tenant portal
Portal accounts exist only for our tenants and are created by the owners. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Documents and records in the portal support your tenancy; your tenancy agreement and Ontario's tenancy law govern the tenancy itself.
Using the site
- Don't misrepresent who you are in an inquiry or to other users.
- Don't scrape, spam, or overload the site.
- Don't probe, break into, or interfere with accounts or systems that aren't yours.
The usual cautions
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it is error-free or never down, and we aren't liable for loss caused by relying on the site itself rather than your tenancy agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
