- What happens when my trial ends?
- Every account starts with a 30-day Pro trial, and no card is required. When it ends, you stay on Pro if you have set up payment. Otherwise your account moves to Free, and you can move back to Pro whenever you like.
- Taxes, cancelling and refunds?
- Prices in Canadian dollars. Plus applicable tax. No contracts. Cancel any time. Yearly prepayments have a 30-day refund period.
- What add-ons are coming later this year?
- Promoted listing is $35 per 15 days at the top of Browse homes. Tenant screening is paid by the landlord, priced per report before you order.
